Studio 2000 Limited is an established design & building company. Operating since 1996, we are based in London and specialise in the refurbishment of properties and fit-outs for luxury retail brands and restaurants.

Our residential projects range from loft conversions and extensions to complete luxury and high-end specification refurbishments. Each residential project is approached and carried out to completion with the same precision and attention to detail as with our major commercial fit-outs.

In addition to working with clients' own nominated architects and designers, Studio 2000 Limited offer a complete service including architectural drawings, interior design, project management and execution of the full construction drawing package.

As a Principal Contractor, Studio 2000 Limited will manage all other trades involved in the project and ensure the highest standards of health and safety are met by all contractors on site. This is achieved by employing qualified and experienced in-house Site Managers and Health and Safety Supervisors who share the company's commitment to quality and safety on site.

With extensive experience working airside at Heathrow Airport and in major luxury department stores around the UK, the company has developed policies and procedures to work in any environment required by the client.

Studio 2000 Limited have a long-established relationship with overseas joint-venture companies to produce specialist services including bespoke marble supply and installation and joinery manufacturing.
